Messages your system sends through the API when something happens, like an order shipping or an appointment being booked. Each one has the customer's details filled in.
WhatsApp template messages. To message a customer first, WhatsApp requires an approved template, which you create in BrizaAi. You can also run bulk campaigns, schedule messages and start sequences.
In your BrizaAi dashboard, under Settings → API Keys. Add it to every request in the x-api-key header.
Check its delivery status through the API, or use webhook events. You also see who received, read and replied to every message in BrizaAi.
