BrizaAI does not independently initiate messages, collect end-user consent, determine message recipients, or control customer communications. Customers remain solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid opt-ins, complying with Meta and WhatsApp policies, and complying with all applicable privacy, anti-spam, consumer protection, and communication laws. Any enforcement action taken by Meta, WhatsApp, regulators, or third parties arising from customer activities shall remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
